Long story short
Our project with the real estate agency Lützau focused on combining high-end real estate with down-to-earth attitudes in a sophisticated graphic identity. Lützau believes in honest and authentic communication with their clients to ensure the greatest deals for both parties. Our goal was to illustrate these values of reliability and quality through an exclusive, high-end graphic identity.
We wanted to represent Lützau’s passion for real estate through a modern tone-of-voice and an exclusive visual appearance. Since Lützau has sold properties in Copenhagen and North Zealand for more than 25 years, the brief was to design a modern and transformative graphic identity for them, without disregarding their heritage. Our aim was to showcase the real estate agency as a professional and engaging business with a strong presence in person, as well as on various digital platforms.
The development of the Lützau identity included a complete set of printed and digital designs. This includes various elements from logo design, office templates, business cards, and web design. From the use of subtle typographies, a modernised colour scheme, and professionally shot photographs, we made sure that Lützau’s qualified and trustworthy identity was emphasized. Much like real estate agencies see the great potential in houses, we wanted Lützau’s customers to get a glimpse into the agency’s own “windows” and discover that they represent much more.
